AVCare is an onsite warranty covering parts, labour and carriage charges (excludes consumables). If our engineers are unable to repair your unit onsite a loan replacement unit will be provided free of charge until your own is repaired. This service guarantees an engineer onsite within 8 working hours anywhere in England and Wales. (Mainland only)
