He provided a sample folder of a vast range of materials for various blinds from black out to sheer. In total I have had six blinds fitted. I did not want my windows draped in curtains and wanted a clean finish with roller blinds that blended in with my decor. I found the sample folder useful. You can remove the individual sample from the folder. I placed the samples in the rooms until I was certain about my choices. From the time that I made the order the blinds were fitted within two weeks.
I found Steve to be quick and efficient in fitting the blinds. I was especially pleased with my last order of the hugo range, they were contemporary in the design and blended well with the decor. I had black out blinds fitted as I was not dressing the windows with curtains and I have been happy with the choices I have made and the service received from Shades Blinds.
