Timeframe
UK delivery. Delivery is expected to take a minimum of 2 weeks.
Transit times vary. An estimated week range is not a guaranteed arrival date.
How orders travel
Orders are prepared for dispatch by hand. Carrier details appear once a shipment has been dispatched.
Parcels may originate outside the United Kingdom. The site does not assume a single carrier for the whole journey.
Import charges
International parcels can attract import charges. This page does not claim that every shipment arrives duty-paid.
If a charge applies to a specific order, it will be stated against that order — not invented here.
Tracking
Tracking appears after dispatch. Until then, tracking not available yet is expected.
When a tracking URL is available, it is shown on Track order.
